Join us for Mental Health Awareness Week!
From May 13th to May 19th, we’re stepping up our game to promote mental well-being! This year, we’re taking our fundraising efforts outdoors by pledging to spend as much time as possible in nature, engaging in physical activities like walking, jogging, or cycling.
For every hour we spend outside, we’re donating £1 to support two incredible organisations, EIC and Dorset Mind, who work tirelessly to provide vital mental health resources and support services to those in need.
Thanks to the dedication and enthusiasm of our community, we’ve raised an outstanding £138.00 to support the vital work of EIC and Dorset Mind.
Through our collective efforts to spend time outdoors and prioritise physical activity, we’ve not only boosted our own well-being but also made a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Every pound raised will go towards providing essential mental health resources and support services to those who need it most.
Together, we’ve shown that when we come together for a cause, incredible things happen.
