This week is National Gardening Week, the UK’s biggest celebration of gardening. It helps raise awareness of the benefits that gardens and gardening can have on people’s lives. It is also to help inspire more people, especially the next generation of gardeners, to experience the joy of having lovely outdoor spaces. As we spend more time in our gardens, perhaps you are thinking about your garden lighting.
Stewarts Garden Centres
In the theme of this week, we thought it would be great to talk about one of our long-standing clients of just over 8 years, Stewarts Garden Centres.
Stewarts is a family-owned business with three large Garden centres and a Nursery, all based in Dorset and Hampshire. We look after their maintenance/repair needs on a regular basis.
Over the years we have completed many refurbishments for Stewarts. This includes their lighting, both inside and outside, as well as the current upgrade of their kitchens.
Maybe all that is missing, is garden lighting?
As we are now able to socialise in our gardens, it means that we are spending more time outside. Gardening and being outside is great for people’s well-being so to be able to have a garden that you love is important!
Once you have your plants and flowers in your garden and you are enjoying your outdoor space, maybe all that you are missing is garden lighting!
Garden lighting can be installed for different reasons, it could be for extending the time you spend out there, providing security or just to add lighting decoration. With so many different types of lighting you can achieve whatever you need; spike lights, bollards, decorative wall lights, downlights in soffits, up/downlights, bulkheads.
Motion detector floodlights are good for security. You can have lighting that is smart controlled and/or ‘dusk till dawn’ controlled.
If you need garden lighting, maybe we can help!/
