We are super excited that next week we will be holding a Padel Tournament at Cross Court Padel in Poole, in aid of raising awareness and funds for Prostate Cancer UK.   

One of our valued colleagues has recently been battling prostate cancer, and their courage, resilience, and strength has been inspirational. 

This is more than a game. It’s about awareness, research, and support for the 1 in 8 men affected by prostate cancer in the UK, around 52,000 a year! Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK. Early diagnosis saves lives, but more research, education, and support are crucial. With your donation, you’re helping to fund life-saving breakthroughs and supporting those currently fighting this disease. 

We’re rallying together, not just for an afternoon of fun and friendly competition, but for a lasting impact. Every pound raised will be donated directly to Prostate Cancer UK to support their vital work.  

Prizes!

We’ve had some generous gifts given from clients and suppliers for the prizes. Just a few of the great selection of prizes up for grabs on the day will be: 

Champagne, ‘Brakeburn’ Dry robe, Rockets & Rascals Voucher and ‘Walk with a Hawk’!  

There will also be a raffle, where you can buy tickets. 

Cross Court will have food and refreshments available to purchase, including pizza. 

Everyone in the company has got involved and all fallen in love with this fun game over the last few months. We would love you to come and watch but if you’re not able to, why not support one of your favourite members of the GF Electrical crew or the Team you think will win!
