At GF Electrical Ltd, it might be the guys you see out and about, who are our face-to-face representatives. But at the heart of our company are our fantastic women. They are the ones who are our customers first point of contact.
The quality and effectiveness of their interactions shows this success. Our top ten clients, all of whom have been using our services for over 15 years, do so because of the established relationship we have with them.
Our office-based team reflect the company’s intentions to provide a premium service. They are the direct communications between client and engineers. The aim is to create a hassle-free environment for our clients by gaining full details to understand what the problem is, to be able to organise and deliver the clients expectations.
In addition to this, behind the scenes, they are doing all paperwork for our Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) Contracts as well as the management of the engineer’s welfare, PPE, vehicles etc.
It is their attention to detail that provides the added value to our services and efficient running of the jobs in hand.
We are super proud of the customer service they provide to our clients and today we thank them for their outstanding contribution to the working of GF Electrical Ltd.
