We always like to hold a company team meeting at the beginning of the year to discuss goals and upcoming opportunities for the year ahead. As it’s a tight squeeze at the office for all 19 of us, we headed out to Creech, to a new place called Woodsmoke. A lovely venue in a beautiful setting. It provided us with a relaxed environment, which made everyone feel comfortable and engaged in the meeting.  

We looked back at the success we had in 2023, and how we can continue with the same level of customer service this year! Everyone interacted in the meeting, which really helps to ensure that we are all on the same page and working as a team, towards common goals.  

We had the added bonus of our newest employee getting the chance to meet the gang (we look forward to introducing him to our followers in the next few weeks).
